Orders and Payments

Orders begin processing as soon as they’re placed. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once processing starts. Please double-check your information at checkout.

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 applies.

Returns and Refunds
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
No visible signs of damage.
Original packaging is intact.
Certain items, such as intimate or sanitary goods, are
non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $75.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
